AHA has joined The Scouting for All Alliance for Human Rights.

Council of Ethics-Based Organizations (CEBO) is a council of peers who share information and raise awareness of ethical Humanist responses to UN-related initiatives in the fields of human rights, intellectual and religious freedom, peace and conflict, corporate ethics, and sustainable development.

AHA frequently works with the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights (LCCR).

AHA is an active participant in Coalition Aganist Racial Discrimination (CARD).

The AHA joined the Coalition for the Community of Reason in efforts to join forces with Humanist and Secular groups around the country.
